Privacy Policy
What we collect
If you create a free account: your email, the display name you choose, your password (stored securely by our sign-in system, never visible to us), and whether you confirmed you're 13 or older. If you take the quiz: your answers, your character result, the time, and a random device ID saved in your browser. If you vote: your pick, the date, the device ID, and a scrambled version of your internet address used only to stop repeat voting. If you ask for Founding Crew updates: your email and, if you took the quiz, your character.
Why we collect it
To run the quiz and the Favorite Founder Vote fairly, to save your results to your account, to understand which questions people finish, and to send Founding Crew updates to people who asked for them. If you opt in to updates, your email and quiz character are added to our shop's email list so we can send them.
We never sell your data
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Delete your account or unsubscribe
Signed in? Use the "Delete my account" button on your account page. You can also email Chris@cheapskaterz.com and we'll delete your account or remove you from updates. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children under 13
The Cheap Skaterz doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts and email updates require confirming you're 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email Chris@cheapskaterz.com and we'll delete it.
